Countersignature by the
Contractor and the Officer In-charge, Contract Labour Cell are required only in case of contract workers. For other
than contract worker of Cat. 2 & 5, signature of HOD of the organization is required. Attach self attested
copies of Identity Card, Gate Pass, ESI Card & EPF slip in case Contract Labour.
